Safeguarding Training
Safeguarding is a term used to ensure that professionals protect vulnerable adults and children from harm or damage with appropriate measures and here at About…Safeguarding, we provide the safeguarding training to assist you with your statutory duties and embedded policies and processes.
We are a team of experienced educationalists and trainers, with over 18 years in education and leadership. We have trainers who have had hands-on experience by being brought into schools to deal with extreme safeguarding cases. Their expertise covers working with multi-agencies including LADO, OFSTED, TRA, DBS and the police in regards to safeguarding and safer recruitment process; and have removed several potential threats to children and vulnerable adults. This means that if you chose to have virtual, face-to-face or bespoke safeguarding training, you will have trainers who have had hands-on experience with safeguarding, therefore you will get a personal approach and not someone just reading from a PowerPoint with no experience of real-life situations.

With each training session, you shall receive a free delegate handbook to assist you with your learning needs and a competition certificate. We use the Consortium resources for all of our training, however, we are not employed or commissioned by the Consortium.
