This Prevent virtual training will begin at 1 pm and finish at 3 pm via TEAMS.
Overview of the training:
- Exploring the Prevent duty and your role
- To gain an understanding of extremism, terrorism and ideology and how this impacts your school
- To understand the risk and process around radicalisation
- To know how to make a Prevent referral
- To gain an understanding of Channel
- To understand how to create and use your Prevent Risk Assessment
Who is this training for:
Designated Safeguarding leads, Headteachers, Governors, Trustees and MAT CEOs

This Prevent virtual training will begin at 1 pm and finish at 3 pm via TEAMS. You will receive a completion certificate following an assessment at the end of the training.
