About Safeguarding’s exclusive Governor Package: It’s all about taking your dedication to safeguarding to the next level.

We know that being a governor isn’t easy – trust us, we are governors ourselves, so we know. At About Safeguarding, we truly value the crucial role you play in ensuring the well-being of those in your schools. That is why we are really excited to introduce our unique Governor Package. It’s been carefully crafted to give your efforts in upholding your statutory safeguarding duty a real boost.

What does the package include?

+ A virtual 1:1 one hour session with your safeguarding governor and one of our safeguarding schools expert at a time that suits you.

+ A comprehensive one day governor safeguarding audit, completed with a safeguarding expert, safeguarding governor and headteacher. On a day that works for your school.

+ Following the audit, you will receive a safeguarding action plan.

+ A one hour whole governing body virtual safeguarding training at a time that suits you.

+ A safeguarding governor pack, filled with key questions to ask your headteacher, your role outline, how to support your headteacher and much more.

Sounds great, but how much?

We know that school’s are struggling financially, so we have a number of options.  You can buy the package as is, or buy parts of it.  You can also add on the Safeguarding OFSTED ready day, to help you be prepared, if you would like.
